Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ViralBatch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use ViralBatch for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and promptly telling us if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share access in a way that defeats service limits or security controls.

ViralBatch is a product-video creation workspace. It lets you organize Products and media, create vertical videos from prompts or reusable Formulas, configure supported generation settings, review credit quotes, track asynchronous jobs, prepare Batches, and access completed media in a Library.

A Product is information and media representing the item you want used in a creative. A Formula is a reusable ViralBatch creative structure or workflow that guides how a video is made. Available features and supported settings can change as the service evolves.

You retain the ownership and other rights you already have in Product information, images, clips, prompts, URLs, and other material you submit to ViralBatch (collectively, “User Content”). You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use that content.

You give ViralBatch a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, analyze, and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service and to fulfill your generation requests. This license does not grant ViralBatch a general right to use your Product media in advertising.

ViralBatch uses automated and AI systems to create content. Results can vary and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, unexpected elements, or material that is not suitable for your intended use. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, and similar or identical content may be produced for others.

You are responsible for reviewing each output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it. ViralBatch does not guarantee that an output is accurate, non-infringing, legally protectable, or cleared for a particular commercial use merely because the service generated it. Your rights in an output may depend on your inputs, applicable law, and third-party rights.

You are responsible for:

• the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your inputs;
• obtaining permissions for Product media, prompts, URLs, likenesses, music, trademarks, and other submitted material;
• reviewing generated content before use;
• complying with laws, advertising rules, platform rules, and disclosure requirements that apply to your use; and
• keeping your own copies of content you need to retain.

Do not use ViralBatch to violate law or third-party rights; create deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content; impersonate others; distribute malware; probe or bypass security or access controls; interfere with the service; scrape private areas; overload infrastructure; or use another person’s account without permission.

Do not submit private or sensitive information unless it is necessary for your requested use and you are authorized to process it. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

ViralBatch relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, payment processing, email delivery, public Product-data imports, and AI or media processing. Their availability and terms can affect parts of ViralBatch. Customer-provided links and imported public information remain subject to the source’s terms and third-party rights.

Credits are usage units for billable generation. Cost depends on supported settings such as mode, generation resolution, and duration. ViralBatch displays the authoritative server-provided credit quote before submission.

When a generation is accepted, the quoted credits are reserved before the job is queued. They are settled when the generation succeeds. For failures or cancellations that are refundable under the generation rules, ViralBatch releases or refunds the applicable reservation idempotently. Credit types can have different expiration and rollover rules, as shown in the service or purchase offer.

ViralBatch offers monthly subscriptions and one-time Pay As You Go credit purchases. Current prices, included credits, storage, renewal terms, and purchase limits are shown before purchase and in the billing experience. Subscription credits and purchased credits can have different rollover or expiration treatment.

Stripe processes payment transactions through its hosted checkout and billing tools. ViralBatch does not ask you to enter full payment card details directly into its own application forms. You authorize the charges and recurring renewals presented at checkout. Taxes or payment-method charges may apply where shown by the payment provider.

You can manage an active subscription through the billing portal available from your account. Cancellation generally stops renewal at the paid-through boundary displayed by the portal. At that boundary, unused subscription credits expire; Pay As You Go credits and eligible Welcome Credits are not removed merely because a subscription ends.

Cancellation does not itself reverse a completed purchase. These Terms do not create a blanket refund guarantee or waive any remedy required by applicable law. Contact support with a billing issue.

ViralBatch and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and service-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights in ViralBatch property are transferred to you. Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative services from protected parts of ViralBatch except where applicable law permits it.

If you choose to send product feedback, you allow ViralBatch to use it without restriction or compensation to improve the service. This does not transfer ownership of your User Content.

ViralBatch may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may set reasonable technical or usage limits. AI generation, imports, storage, and billing can depend on third-party services. ViralBatch does not promise uninterrupted operation, a fixed generation time, or that every requested output can be completed.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or material harm to the service or others. You may stop using ViralBatch at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—continue after access ends.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ViralBatch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will meet your expectations, be error-free, be unique, or be suitable or lawful for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ViralBatch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, User Content, publication without appropriate review, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice through a reasonable channel when required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it.
