Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the ViralBatch website, account workspace, and related support interactions. It explains the information handled to operate ViralBatch; it does not govern the independent practices of websites or services you choose to visit.

Depending on how you use ViralBatch, information can include:

• Account and profile information: email address, authentication and account identifiers, display name, profile image URL, account status, and account timestamps.
• Products and User Content: Product names, descriptions, categories, source URLs, images, clips, selected primary media, prompts, and other inputs you use for generation.
• Generation information: requested settings, Formula and Product selections, job status, safe error information, generated videos, stored-media metadata, and creation timestamps.
• Usage and technical information: request paths, request identifiers, timestamps, error and security events, and standard network or device information made available through browser, hosting, and security infrastructure.
• Billing information: subscription and purchase status, plan and billing-period data, credit balances and ledger records, and payment-provider customer, checkout, subscription, and transaction identifiers.
• Support information: messages and related account or technical details you choose to provide when contacting support.

We receive information from you when you register, update your profile, create Products, upload media, provide prompts or URLs, request an import, start a generation, make a purchase, or contact support. We also receive operational information from the service, authentication system, payment provider, hosting infrastructure, and other providers used to complete your requests.

ViralBatch uses information to:

• create, authenticate, secure, and manage accounts;
• store and organize Products and private media;
• process prompts, Formulas, imports, and requested videos;
• store completed media and provide Library access;
• calculate quotes and manage credit reservations and balances;
• process purchases, subscriptions, and billing status;
• prevent abuse and protect users and infrastructure;
• diagnose errors, monitor reliability, and improve the service;
• respond to support requests; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

ViralBatch uses service providers to operate the service. Necessary information can be processed by providers for hosting and compute, database and authentication, private object and media storage, payment processing, transactional email delivery, public Product- data retrieval, AI and media generation, and security or reliability functions.

We provide these services with information needed for their role. Content submitted for a generation may be transmitted to AI or media processors so they can fulfill the request. Their handling is also governed by their applicable terms and policies. This Policy does not make claims about whether an external provider trains models on submitted data.

Payment transactions use Stripe’s hosted Checkout and billing tools. You enter payment details on Stripe’s payment page rather than into a ViralBatch-hosted card form. Stripe handles full payment card information under its own terms and privacy practices.

ViralBatch receives and retains identifiers and status information needed to connect a Stripe customer, checkout, purchase, or subscription to the correct account, grant credits, show billing state, and process billing events idempotently. ViralBatch does not store full payment card numbers in its application database.

Information may be disclosed to service providers described above; when you direct an integration or import; to comply with law or a valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of ViralBatch; or as part of a business transaction where permitted by law and subject to appropriate safeguards.

ViralBatch does not sell personal information as part of providing the service. Necessary processing by providers is not treated in this Policy as a sale.

ViralBatch uses cookies and related browser storage for authentication and session state, security, preferences, and core application functionality. The current application does not use advertising trackers. Blocking required storage may prevent login or other authenticated features from working correctly.

ViralBatch uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referrers, general location, and browser or device type. This privacy-oriented analytics service reports anonymized, aggregated usage and does not use cookies for Web Analytics.

ViralBatch retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, preserve credit and billing integrity, resolve disputes, protect the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and operational need.

We do not promise a fixed universal retention period or immediate removal from backups. Information may remain where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or legal compliance.

ViralBatch uses safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service, including authenticated access, authorization checks, private media storage, time-limited media URLs, and controls intended to keep credentials out of browser code. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

You can update available profile information in account settings and manage an eligible subscription through the billing portal. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction concerning personal information.

To make a privacy request, contact support@viralbatch.io. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. Rights and exceptions differ by location; this Policy does not claim that every right applies identically everywhere.

We may update this Policy as ViralBatch or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
