Choose a Product, then use either your own prompt or an available Formula. Select the supported mode, resolution, and duration, review the server-provided credit quote, and submit the generation. ViralBatch processes the job asynchronously and shows its status while it runs.

You need an account, enough available credits for the quoted generation, and a Product with the information and primary media required by the selected workflow. You can then create from a prompt or choose a published Formula.

A Product is the information and media for the item you want represented in a video. It can include a name, description, source URL, images, clips, and a selected primary image.

A Formula is a reusable ViralBatch creative structure that guides how a video is made. Formulas can define the creative sequence, required inputs, and supported generation settings while using your selected Product as the subject.

Fast is the lower-cost mode and supports 480p or 720p generation. Quality supports 480p, 720p, or 1080p generation and generally uses more credits at comparable settings. Results can vary in either mode, so review every output before publishing it.

ViralBatch supports whole-second generation durations from 5 through 15 seconds. A Formula may narrow the choices available for a particular creative workflow.

Fast supports 480p and 720p generation. Quality supports 480p, 720p, and 1080p generation. Resolution affects generation detail and the credit quote; completed delivery is normalized to a vertical 1080x1920 video.

The current creation workflow uses a 9:16 vertical aspect ratio, with completed delivery normalized to 1080x1920 for vertical-video use.

Generation is asynchronous and completion time varies with the selected settings, processing demand, and external service availability. ViralBatch shows the job status while work is in progress rather than promising a fixed completion time.

Completed, durably stored videos appear in the ViralBatch Library. Generation status is also visible from the creation workspace while a job is processing.

Yes. When a completed video is available in the Library, ViralBatch can provide a temporary download link for the stored media asset.

Review the safe error message shown for the job and try again when the issue is retryable. Failed Batch items can be retried from Create Batch. Credits reserved for a refundable failure are released or returned through ViralBatch's idempotent credit handling.

Credits are the usage units applied to billable video generation. Your available and reserved balances are tracked separately, and the creation workspace shows the required amount before you submit a generation.

The server calculates the quote from supported settings including mode, generation resolution, and duration. The schedule is not a simple per-second rate, so review the exact quote shown before submitting.

When ViralBatch accepts a billable generation, it atomically reserves the quoted credits before queueing the work. The reservation is settled when the generation succeeds; it is not treated as a completed charge merely because a request was submitted.

When a failure or cancellation is refundable under the generation rules, ViralBatch releases or refunds the correct reservation idempotently. The balance shown in the workspace reflects available credits separately from credits reserved for active work.

Mode, generation resolution, and duration change the amount of processing required. ViralBatch uses a server-owned schedule with minimums for shorter runs and presents the authoritative quote before generation.

Open Products and add the Product's name, description, and media. Choose a primary image that clearly represents the item; generation workflows use the selected Product as their source of identity and context.

Yes. The Product workspace can preview a customer-provided Product page URL and let you choose supported images to copy into the Product's private media storage. You should only provide links and media you are authorized to use.

ViralBatch includes a user-initiated TikTok Shop showcase import. You provide the public showcase URL, review the returned Products, and choose which items to import. Availability depends on the source and the external data service used for the import.

Product readiness is a user-requested review of whether the Product's current information and media are suitable for generation. The review can identify missing or weak inputs and return practical suggestions; it does not guarantee a particular generated result.

A suitable Product has accurate identifying information and clear media that shows the intended item. Requirements can vary by Formula, so review the selected Formula's declared inputs and any Product-readiness guidance before generating.

Use a clear, well-lit image where the Product is easy to identify and not heavily obstructed. Choose the most representative image as primary, avoid misleading imagery, and make sure every image meets the upload type and size checks.

A Formula is a published, reusable creative workflow with its own sequence, customer inputs, and supported generation settings. It gives repeatable structure to a video without replacing the Product you select.

Select an available Formula and Product, complete the customer inputs the Formula declares, choose among its supported settings, review the quote, and run it. ViralBatch uses the published Formula version for that generation so the creative structure remains consistent.

No. The selected Product remains the authoritative identity and source media for the run. A Formula guides the creative treatment; it does not substitute a different Product.

Each Formula declares the durations, modes, resolutions, and customer inputs compatible with its creative workflow. The Formula Run screen limits choices to that published configuration.

Create Batch is a workspace for preparing multiple independent video items together. A draft can include up to 10 Products and 10 videos, then launch the accepted items as one atomic batch.

Yes. Each Batch item becomes its own generation job. The Batch tracks total, completed, and failed items, and failed items can be retried without rerunning completed ones.

Yes. Batch items are configured independently and can use a prompt or Formula with their own supported mode, resolution, duration, and optional Avatar selection.

ViralBatch's current plans are monthly subscriptions that provide a recurring credit allowance and storage allocation. Monthly credits can roll over up to one additional plan allowance. The checkout page shows the current plan price and renewal terms before purchase.

Pay As You Go credits are one-time credit purchases available to authenticated accounts. The current offer provides 100 credits per whole dollar in purchases from $5 through $500. Purchased credits do not expire and remain separate from subscription rollover.

Open Billing in the authenticated ViralBatch navigation. From there you can view your current billing state, start an available purchase, or open Stripe's customer portal when it is available for your account.

Eligible newly created and confirmed accounts can receive a one-time grant of 100 Welcome Credits. Eligibility is based on the durable activation cutoff; historical or unconfirmed accounts are not automatically granted credits. Welcome Credits do not expire and are outside subscription rollover.

Subscription cancellation is managed through the Stripe customer portal and normally takes effect at the paid-through boundary shown there. Unused subscription credits expire at that boundary, while previously purchased Pay As You Go credits and Welcome Credits are not removed by cancellation.
